Onions and Ink: The First Trip of the School Year

I was excited because after almost 3 months of starting the course we heard about a possible excursion based on biology, but it was only a few hours of the day. We went walking to the place. It was in a laboratory, it was located in Francso Rodriguez it was like a 25 min of walking from there to the school.

After we got there they started talking about a famous scientist that helped a lot in cancer. We were about 60 people, a half of them were was my classmates. The others IU think they were university students based on how they looked like.

After all of the talk, like an hour and a half later, they gave us an onion, well, most like a small piece of one, and they gave us like a blue liquid. It was like the ink that a pen has, and they told us to put that liquid on top of the onion.

After I was confused about what could we were doing they give us a microscope and we put the onion that turned into a dark blue into the telescope. After we saw it we started to get excited about the cells that we could see clearly. After some pictures we got on our way back hom. Well, actually to the highschool. 

It was so good to take a relax time after a long period but sadly we didn't do anything after that trip. But it was great
