Sport Abroad: from Ski Tracks to Spa Baths (Great Friendships in Andorra)

Last year, the physical education department organized a ski trip to Andorra. We had to pay around three hundred euros and we were staying 5 days.

Fortunately, this year we had the same opportunity. The only difference was that we were going with different teachers.

We woke up very early in the morning on the 20th of March and the first thing that happened was that one student thought we were starting our trip later, so one friend of his and a teacher went to his house and woke him up. It was a very funny moment. This day we just arrived to Andorra and took the ski equipment. We stayed at the same hotel as last year.

The 21st of March was our first day skiing, we had a very cool teacher and because we had experience from last year, we went to higher mountains. It was a very tiring day but we celebrated a friend’s birthday.

The 22nd of March, we went with some friends on adventures and we had the opportunity to go to Caldea, a very famous spa were we could relax after an exhausting day. We were very tired and our feet hurt.

The 23rd of March, we decided to have a calm day and we went to easy ski tracks, at night we had fun in a party in Andorra.

Last day, the 24th of March, it was our last day skiing and we had to give the material back and take the bus to Spain,  most of us slept during the ride.

I have been to both trips to Andorra and I can say that I have enjoyed both a lot. Although this time, the snow was not so good for skiing, I have met new people and I have strengthened friendships. Andorra is the best way to make new friends and have a great time doing sport in another country!
